REVIEWS: This collection of seven different novels by seven different authors each have three things in common – a Regency setting, a wallflower heroine, and a happy ending. Aside from that, each is substantially different from the others. The heat levels range from sweet to very mild steam. Although all of the stories were pretty good, I would say my favorite was Romancing a Wallflower. The heroine, Lilian, is horseback riding with her twin sister when a shot rang out and her horse reared. Lillian is thrown to the ground, hits a large rock and feels terrible pain. Before she passes out, she hears a male voice and feels strong arms pick her up. She remembers a particular scent, but not much else. A year later she meets John, the man she thought of as her hero, who had rescued her that terrible day. Lillian is confined to a cumbersome wheelchair and sits with The Wallflowers. There is much more to this story including spies and secrets, wicked widows and cute puppies, and a lot of love, Get it for yourself and enjoy the book – actually, enjoy all the book in the collection. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I also ordered this collection on Amazon..
